Consider taking a course to prepare for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) Test or for the ACT Assessment (ACT) early in your Junior year.
Take the SAT or ACT in the spring of your Junior year. Consider taking them more than once - once with testing adjustments and once without them.
Take the SAT again, if appropriate, in your Senior year.
REMEMBER: Requests for test accommodations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the major testing agencies have set forth guidelines and policies on the provision of test adjustments for students with disabilities.
